Shipping & Returns
 

Currently, delivery of products purchased on  www.infotechzone.co.in  is available in All over India.  The Company shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any Product booked on the Website is delivered as follow:

  • within two (2) working days – Chennai deliveries

  • within four (4) working days – Other city deliveries

 

from the date of booking of order on the Website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the Product(s). However, User understands and confirms that the Company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of Product due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company, provided, the Company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the Product within above mentioned timelines.

Shipping Charges are as follow:

  • Depend on product category and delivery location and vary from free to charged.​

If User purchases multiple Products in single transaction, then all the Products would be shipped to a single shipping address given by User. If User wishes to ship Products to different addresses, then User should book separate orders based on delivery addresses.

How would I know that my shipping address is serviced?

The information about any pin code being serviced within India can be checked in “Product Page” and "Add to cart".

Your shipping address Pin code will be verified with our database before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner delivery list.

How does the delivery process work?

The User agrees that the delivery can be made to the person who is present at the shipping address provided by the User.

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible.

  • The User agrees that the delivery can be made to the person who is present at the shipping address provided by the User.

  • The delivery partner will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the User is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts viveks.com reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.

 

How are items packaged?

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Each individual product where required is well packaged in bubble wrap or shrink wrap.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

  • You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

 

What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Cash on delivery (COD) is a payment option in which at the time of delivery you hand over the CASH against delivery of the product. The product will be delivered in a sealed condition. Please DO NOT accept any packet which appears to be tampered or damaged externally. Please DO NOT pay more than the order value. You pay for what you have seen on the Website and there are no hidden charges.

The invoice for the purchase will be in the package and a mail for the order placed will be sent out to you. Soft copy of the invoice will be emailed to you on the next working day after the product is delivered to you.

However, if any product is delivered that is not the same as per your original order or is delivered in a damaged condition; the same will be replaced by us at no extra cost.

Why is the COD option not offered in my location?

Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if COD is available in your location.

Unable to buy products from you at my pin code. But I used to buy previously at this pin code.

While we tie up with new couriers & logistics partners and make changes to those areas that do not match our service standards. Renewal of contracts with better courier providers, may temporarily affect few areas. As a result, your pin code may show non-serviceable for buying products from us. We regret for any inconvenience caused.
